Ever
heard people saying they lost weight by skipping breakfast? You know what else
did they lose along? Metabolism. Yes.
A lot of
us come across this term every now and then but guess what? Most of us have zero
idea what it means or what it does to human body. In simplest words, metabolism
is a process that maintains life in living beans. It results in growth, energy

Research
shows that skipping breakfast also increases risk of obesity in the long run
and can also lead to fluctuations in blood sugar level simultaneously
increasing stress levels. Hence, skipping your first meal is a big NO NO!

Most
common reason found in why people skip breakfast is that they are not hungry first thing in the morning.
